Last night Mars was the closest it’s been for 60, 000 years or something.

It wasn’t very exciting. I mean, I get the feeling I should have been really, really excited, but I just couldn’t. I mean, it’s a star. It’s a slightly larger than usual red star. Actually, now that I’m describing it, it’s seeming cooler than it was. Oh, now I wanna see it again. Dammit, why do I always like stuff better when I can't have it? Stupid.

Anyway, this was an important event that should be marked down. Say, in a journal or something.

So, there, it’s recorded.

Mars was close and pretty.
