This is the first blog entry I’ve made since the Follow the Leader: A Journaling Contest ended a few days ago. I got a message in my inbox yesterday to up date my blog. So I think I’ll take a little time now and do it. I’m in the process of redoing my Potpourri Contest, the new round begins on July 1. The first round didn’t go too well, I had only two entries. The next round will last a month from July 1 to July 31. I’m gong to take a different approach this time.

I set up filters in both my yahoo and intermind e-mail accounts to sort some of the e-mail coming in, so that it goes to the appropriate folders. This will help save some time, this wasn’t my idea I gleaned that from the August issue of Writer’s Digest. In the Ink Well column under time management it suggested separating e-mail into folders, so that one can keep track of the important messages without them getting mixed with messages of lower priority. The next project is to clean out the sent folders, I don’t remember last time I cleaned out either of those sent folders.
