Months left in 2008
Where has the year gone? Only four months left in 2008 and what have I achieved. Well, I became a Foster Grandparent and ... I don't know what else to put here just yet. I finally decided on my theme for my 2008 political poem.

It just doesn't seem right not to write a political poem in a presidential election year. So I'm going to write one again this year. Writing a political poem seems difficult this year, I don't know why. Maybe it's because I'm not looking at as much T.V. and the commercials were what pissed me off in previous election years.

I'm still registered to vote and I will vote in the general election just as I did in the primary. I will also work the polls. They pay good money for me to stay at my station all day and process voters. However, I'm not sure I'm doing it just for the money.

All though I suppose money is a good reason. I know one thing, this November I'm taking something a little more substantial the veggie burgers. Don't get me wrong, I like veggies. However, I also like a little meat go go along with them.
