Hi Paul.

I am a member of a dozen or so groups on here. I found that it doesn't matter how many groups you belong to, just make sure you have time for each one. I have 3 groups that take most of my time, and the others get a little of my time.

My only advice would be to join another group, then wait until you have been a member there for a while before joining any other groups. You can gain a lot of experience by doing that, and maybe become a group leader for one of them in time.
