Wow, it's really great to have so many questions I've had answered. To be honest, I've always thought that Catilindria was kinda well suited for Will, in large part because he's been said to get into trouble while always managing to come out of it unscathed at the end, although that admittedly is attributable to Sulva as well. Really makes me curious about what Will would be like if he took Catilindria as an ousiarch. I kinda imagine a lot of explosions.

I've also been curious about if it was a prodigy of Wills to be able to get past the Libra's copy protection wards, and if he could theoretically do it other books that have similar protections, or if it was just a matter of his connection to the Libra that let him copy out the sigils. I'm very interested too see what this possible hypothesis is that you've been contemplating. It's also cool to confirm that his knack for computer programming is a result of his connection to Kenandandra, which I assumed, but wasn't totally certain about. I've really liked Nostrum's chapters where Will, upon getting more deeply in touch with Kenandandra without actually realizing it, had math become more easy to understand.
