Like Dave Ryan said, there's the little gear in the top right corner when you go into the item. There will be a dropdown menu and one of the choices is 'Edit Item' which will let you edit the item to your heart's content. When you're done, there will be a button that says 'Complete Edit' which will then update the item with whatever edits/changes you've made.
