Unfortunately, we don't offer a full dark mode. I've tried a variety attempts at this over the years, our ability for users to add images (which are usually on white backgrounds), change fonts and font colors... well it just makes it very challenging to present a useful dark mode where everything looks decent and readable.

You can darken the background color using the "My Account" -> "Account Settings" -> "Site Display Options" -> "Darken Background Color" which will help... but it's not a true "dark mode".
