She does touch on the future inevitability of Peggy dying several times (touches on it several times, not that Peggy dies several times lol). But you already knew that would happen. She does talk about it near the end, as well, which I think is normal. But that's not the last bit of the story, if that helps. I have her other book in my library, but haven't listened to it yet. You might be interested in hearing her talk about the difficulties and insecurities she had while writing Miranda. That's in this book, too.
