It figures the one person who's not fond of ice cream gets this challenge! *Rolling* I'm actually happy it happened that way. The challenge to replace ice cream with another dessert is very cool! Haagen Dazs' Belgium Chocolate is a fine replacement. Cadbury's Bournville, dark chocolate is a great runner up! *Delight*
