The various nations want a stabe solid foundation to maintain peace between them after the fourth war so each nation has decided that naruto or rather naruko(he or rather she can't use shadow clones) bare a child for each of the current daimyos of all the nations and kage:(A, Gaara, Mei(will use a futa jutsu or have Ao or Chojiro do it), Tsunade(will use a futa jutsu or have kakashi or Gai do it), Kurotsuchi(will use a futa jutsu), Shibuki, Shizuka(will use a futa jutsu)) Naruto who is all about peace will do anything to maintain it for his loved ones or will he freak out at having to become a woman and give birth to various children for the leaders of the nations
