Letter from the editor

I don't know about you, but I am a goofer-offer. I procrastinate through distraction. I dilly-dally and dawdle until I'm last in line and everyone else is waiting on me. I love that I always have better things that I should be doing, yet I always find time to putz around and still get those better things done.

My favorite thing to do is goof off while I'm at work. Sure, I don't get to do it often, but when I do, it feels like I'm getting paid to have fun. Not that my job isn't already fun in that it's challenging, it's fast-paced, and it helps others, but sometimes it's nice to get paid to do something not work related. Just don't tell my boss, OK?

I figured I would dedicate this newsletter to all those things that I find around Writing.Com that allow us to goof off when we have better things to do!



There are so many other things to do around Writing.Com. Visit scroll if you have an upgraded membership. Check out chat. Enter a contest or two. Whatever you do, make sure you have fun.
