Poem about hiding anger with a smile and then taking revenge. Hints of violence.
I’m gonna smile
Gonna tear my face in a great big grin
Let my smile drip down –
Such a lovely shade! –
On the white tile floor.

I’ll make you smile too,
Life is just too short,
And who wouldn’t grin
At such a nice clean tile?
Mopped up to perfection,
Look at how it shines!
How merrily it sparkles,
As if it’s smiling too.

I’ll make your face match my face,
Our smiles will look the same.
Though yours a bit uneven,
(I told you not to move)
But, trust me, you’ll feel better.

I do.
