Summary of this Book...
4 siblings in London have to stay with an aging proffesor during the war. At his house the youngest, Lucy finds a way to a magical land through an old wardrobe (A coat closet) Inside she finds that in the land of Narnia, animals can talk and an evil witch has made it perpetual winter, and never Christmas.

Lucy ends up convincing the rest of her family to come with her to the land of Narnia. When they do, they find themselves running for thier lives. Somehow the witch has found out that these 4 children are here to bring about an ancient prophecy and end her terrible reign.

With the help of Aslan the lion, the reigning king of the forest and many other taking animals will they be able to dethrone this evil tyrant and bring peace back to a wonderful land?

I especially liked...
How he worked a great christian theme into the book without overunning the story. You can see the death of Jesus and the betrayer but the book does not preach at you. I never really got the symbolism until I got older.
I didn't like...
There is nothing about this book or the series that I do not like.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...

The author of this Book...
C.S.Lewis, was a great christian, and has many great books to his credit. You should give em a look.
I recommend this Book because...
It tells a great fantasy story and if you think about it you can see the real meaning behind it all.
I don't recommend this Book because...

Further Comments...
What is not to like? Talking animals, giants, fantasy adventure, and good triumphing over evil.
