This teaches the layman how to write. What he teaches the writer is invaluable. If I could only have one book to teach me how to write. . . and I received my choice as to which book I could have . . . this would be the book I'd choose. It's amazing and informative.

The book provides solid instruction for persons who want to write and sell fiction, not just to talk and study about it. It gives the background, insights, and specific procedures needed by all beginning writers. Here one can learn how to group words into copy that moves, movement into scens and scenes into stories; how to develop characters, how to revisde and polish, and finally, how to sell the product.

For me, it was the best writing instruction book I have been able to find at Amazon.
