those who want to explore reincarnation.
I especially liked...
the chapters where the author used hypnosis to do past life regressions.

If anything, there material is a little out of date. I also wished the author would have done more past life regressions.

If you're interested in reincarnation, this is an interesting book.

it offers evidence for past lives. If you believe there's only one life to live, then this book is not for you.

Again, the author is a little dry to read and the material is a little dated. Still the past life regressions are interesting and one includes a regression to Katherine Parr, one of Henry VIII's wives.
