This book is amazing. It's divided into sections and the first half of the book is composed of chapters detailing baby and Mom, month by month.

Each Monthly chapter provides a diagram of the growing baby and is also broken down into weekly development so you can read what happens to your growing little one week by week!

Each chapter also provides an extensive, detailed list of symptoms and experiences Mom may be going through (this was priceless for me!) along with a checklist of what to expect at each doctor's visit and warning signs.

The second half of the book contains 'decision guides' to help you make informed decisions. These cover natural birth, breastfeeding, finding a doctor, and the list goes on. They are very detailed and discuss all aspects of each decision, both good and bad.

Anyone who is expecting a baby, planning on having a baby, or even just family members of those expecting a baby.

I loved the diagrams of how big the baby is on a monthly basis. I also loved the weekly recaps. Each day that goes by I'm in countdown mode and the other books only dealt with 'months'. I loved how each day or week I could read what was going on with the baby! It's like this book took the best of other books and dramatically improved on it.

I wanted there to be even more!

Write the editor to make a volume II!

Extremely well informed. It has decision guides in the back to discuss the pros and cons of everything from breastfeeding to c-section to childcare to medication to...well basically almost every 'decision' you will encounter when having a baby or shortly thereafter. It also made me feel excited as day by day I could read about what was going on. Every time I picked up the book to read about the baby, there's so much information, I became so excited I couldn't wait to meet our little one!

It's extremely informative, full of detailed information and provides an extensive supply of decision making material.
