Charley Davidson is busy trying to track down her love who has just escaped from prison. She can't really say he is the love of her life, but then again she can't say he isn't Reyes is all she can think of. Charley has discovered that Reyes is the son of Satan, but he does not want to follow in his father's footsteps. Charley has seen Reyes angry only a couple of times and it typically did not end well for the person he was mad at. Charley insists on finding him and in the end she ends up upsetting Reyes in more than one way.

Fiction and Fantasy

I like how Charley wouldn't give up and finally believed in herself and her Grim Reaper abilities.

The ending... it left me hanging with several months before the new book comes out.

I wanted to run out and buy book 3, however I have a few months before the new book is released.

Darynda Jones is funny and very creative.

It makes you want more of Charley and Reyes.
