This is the true story of a murder in Hollywood. Set in the 1940s, a young starlet wannabe is savagely murdered. This film was made around 2006 or so. It has a well-known cast, but I didn't care for the film. To me, it was long and boring and in the end I did not care.

Scarlett Johansen is a terrible actress and Aaron Eckert is right there with her. Josh Hartnett is pretty good, but he doesn't have much to work with. Hillary Swank is totally miscast and overrated, as usual. I am glad I got this free from the library.

It was a colossal waste of time.
