🌸 pwheeler - love joy peace made a post about achieving better sleep: "The Bard's Hall, June 2024: Entry 1 - Sleep Journal"  included a link of a quiz that tells you your circadian rhythm. I'm a dolphin. Only 10% of the population are dolphins and have the most complex and erratic sleeping patterns. (I've known that since I was a teen *Rolling*).

Every round of The "First and Second Chance Poetry Contest"  [E] is always so hard to choose. The entries are always above and beyond. For the month of April, we had numerous entries, due to GoT. So we have a few extra winners!

I'm fortunate that I don't see strange things. The familiar is frightening enough some days. Maybe it was Flash just out for a morning fly-by.
Kåre Enga in Montana - I saw so many strange things in the sky at that house. I lived there twenty years, so... There was a lot of military activity there also. Saw black hawks flying so low, me and the navy guy in the open door with his gun laying across the lap, locked eyes. That's how low they were flying just over the empty house behind my house. I saw flat triangle things flying in the sky, with no sign of blades, or engines. It looked like aluminum metal. Very strange. I've seen clear, jello-like things shooting up in the middle of a rain storm. Just tons of strange things there. I don't think I've seen anything strange in the sky since I moved from there.

My daughter called me late last night, my SILhas a small bowel blockage and needs surgery. Asking for prayers for him and the family ❤️ Thank you 💗💗🤗

Thank you so much, everyone, for the prayers! They have definitely been working. It looks like he may be able to avoid surgery. Other procedures are helping. Today, he'll undergo a Colonoscopy for a biopsy. They're testing him for Crohn's among other things. It looks like he may be getting to come home this weekend - if all continues to go well. So, once again, thank you so very much!
