Thank you Lord for your Enabling Hand that has Liberated all the hostages , who had been held up by heartless Al Shabaab terrorists for more than three day in the Westgate Shopping Mall , Nairobi Kenya .
Gloom still hungs over Kenya following yesterday's terror attack on Westgate Shopping Mall in Nairobi . 59 people are reported dead while 175 others are wounded .

It's also estimated that between 10 & 15 Al Shabaab gun-men are holding hostage at least 30 people inside the mall .

Once again the Kenyan people have thrown aside their political affiliations and come together to donate blood for the wounded . An example of such common-ground has been shown by the President of the Republic , Mr. Kenyatta and his political rivals , Mr. Odinga and Mr. Mudavadi . The three leaders are currently visiting the hospitalized and are set to address the Nation soon .

Keep us in your prayers as we go through this ordeal of battling the terrorists .

I have just come-in from Kitale-town . The motor-cycle ride to and from town has left my body aching , owing to the sorry state of our roads and the rains . Hope our county-government , under the devolved system of government , sees to the speedy reconstruction of this infrastructure .
It has been a gruelling task , this handing-over-taking-over business . Express marathon , actual physical-counting of stocks against ledgers / bin-cards etc etc . Signatures galore . Gladly thankful it's over and done with . Bah ! Who wants to be a stores' clerk !
