I truly enjoyed reading this poem. It does describe how most of us, if not all of us feel about this pandemic. It is a waiting game for sure. The only question I would have about this is the first part where it says "their eyes stood watered deep within" are they crying or is there some other meaning behind that. To me, I can see younger kids who do not understand what is going on and why they have to stay inside crying, but other then that am not really positive what you mean. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the poem. I hope you are staying safe and healthy in this unforeseen time. Stay positive things will get better, it just takes time.
wow that describes me when I cut. I have learned to do other things then to cut. it was a powerful poem full of emotions. I say the tittle and at first glace I didn't think it would be worth reading until I started reading it. I know a lot of people who would relate to this even kids as young as 12 would relate to this. you did an amazing job. keep up the good work.
