You know? I liked this very much! You have great use of detail and vocabulary. I can't help but wonder if there's any better way to give a younger sibling confidence than to tell them that their Father died in a noble cause. This was a great passage. I hope there will be more!

Honestly, I liked this a lot. It was very eerie and full of suspense. The intensity wouldn't let me stop reading! And the title, I must say, is simple, but elegant. Just a single word to make the reader curiously explore the piece. I like it! Great job!
