Thank you for this beautiful piece! I just had to read it after glancing at the title, because I am someone who is constantly trying to adjust to new normals! In recent years I have stopped trying to be "normal" because who even knows what normal looks like? I think we all need to be more understanding of other peoples thoughts, opinions, and perceptions because not everyone is the same, and that truly is what is beautiful. Its disheartening to see people argue over differences and get nowhere!
