This story was beautiful. In my mind, i envision him being hooded. Running, having flashbacks of all these conversations with people. all of them unknowing and non respectful to the fact that he is Kareth. I don't actually know why he is hooded in my head, he just seems way cooler then. But I really like the idea, the concept and especially the writing style. I'm pretty sure I've never read something written like this.
Though i have a question:
If he had the time to become so legendary, shouldn't he be quite old? Fables take many years to become well known, and for something to be dismissed as a fable takes even longer. Unless nobody present survived or the survivors didn't bother telling.
