Asking the holy white light to come pouring down upon your being and filling your soul with love and light and angels, can help and heal...I often visualize the holy white light as a pillar of pure golden energy that flows down from a spot just above me and seeps deeply into my body and refreshes and renews and rebuilds...the temple, otherwise know as our body...I will send love to you.
Maybe a miracle could happen for you and change it all around again in a new and interesting way???
