Hi there, Joseph. First of all, I would like to thank you for reviewing my "Existence-chapter 01". Now, it's my turn to review yours. Please note that this review is only my personal view as a reader, since I'm not an expert in writing techniques 
Well, here it goes.

First Impression

Dracula/vampire is an interesting creature. Its presence always fills up the air with mysteries and most of Dracula's stories are serious and tense. Your item has brighten up the darkness and brought the readers to a fresh and different view of Dracula.

Second Re-read

I personally like the first phase of the interview, especially when Grim the Dracula emphasize the word suck instead of drink blood. (Yes, Grim, you’re right!). Reading the debate of what Dracula dos and don'ts really makes me smiling all along. Garlic does kill Dracula like cigarette does to human? Nice idea! The funniest moment, of course, the last sentence when we all know that Grim is more interested in flower/plant than human blood 

Last but not least

My suggestion is you can come up with inviting one or two more Dracula from different group of age so the debate would be more interesting (as Grim said, “Young man nowadays…”). I also think that the reporter should be more active and curious than just accepting Grim’s answer then straightly move to another question. It would be nice to see what Grim will do to him if he manages to dig up Grim’s secret and make Grim mad.  But of course, that is just my opinion.
Other than that, your item is nice one to read and successfully lighten up my hectic day.
