Wonderful piece here, Tiny. You capture the emotion without waving it about like a banner.

Emotional poetry is oft-times more difficult to write and still remain apart from it, and you have managed this very well.

One of my favorite phrases is this one:
The weeds themselves
Are a darkening brown
The colour of
Your hair.

A tiny detail that a person might not notice until its not there to see.

I do hope you'll be writing more inthe future,
