A mite difficult to tie in the politics with the attic, but a wonderful collection of words and sensation, though perhaps the character is too overcome with the moment they're in. Would love to read more!

This is a very good story, starting out. Very strong, sure, but there's not a lot of that glance-over notice most people have. Descriptions of Giggles, for example. Great dialogue, and I'd love to read more.
