It's not "stuff," its you" - the way you see something as comman and yes, mundane, as a bird and explicate the wonder and beauty of the simple creature.
Then again, maybe its not a bird at all you desribe. Maybe its a dream or a wish that hasn't yet come true, or maybe just a thought that drifted through your mind when you were thinking of nothing in particular.
At any rate, it is not stuff. You write what's in your heart and you do it well.
