A brief view of the what-ifs i generally think about.
I wonder if you love me,
I wonder if you don't.
I wonder if you ever would,
Or if you ever won't.

I wonder if you're happy,
I wonder if you're sad.
I wonder many things for you,
For things that make you glad.

There's many things I'll never know,
And many I'll never forget,
I'll never know what you reap and sow,
But it's you I won't forget.

I wonder if you know I'm here,
For ever and ever more.
I wonder if your heart is clear,
As clear as an open door.

Things such as these come to my mind,
Whenever I think of you,
For my heart is like an open blind,
That sees the sunshine true.

There are many things that people say,
Like: "Love is just a game!"
But on my bed as here I lay,
I know life's not the same.

But with you here and in my life,
Although you're just my friend,
I know I'll never feel that knife,
Until that final day we end.

To you I know "we" don't exist,
Because I am not all sure.

I wonder if you love me,
I wonder if you don't.
I wonder if you ever would,
Or if you ever won't!
