I saw a picture of a little girl looking in a mirror and came up with this.
Everytime I go into Mommy's room and look
into her big, shiny mirror
I see a girl, like me, there.

When I am happy she is smiling, and laughs with me,
other times big tears stain her small cheeks
And I wonder why she is sad, am I.

We seem to giggle and weep at the same time,
each knowing
that sitting back to back we can laugh, cry, or just be quiet, as one.

I don't know her name, does she know mine or
shall we keep that a secret, not to share, make
it a game just between us.

Is she my twin, or my guardian angel, sent
to be my bestest friend when I am lonely, or is it just me, looking
back at me, looking back at me......

I know which it is, but for now
I just love this game that I play, with my friend
in Mommy's big, shiny mirror.
