It binds.
It blinds.
It bares.
It tears.

It pulls you out
And screams and shouts.
It holds you down
And lets you drown.

It helps and heals
With gentle appeals.
It bites and gnaws
With rabid jaws.

It will never leave
And never cease.
It will disappear
And never cheer.

If given whole
It takes control
If given broken
The lies will thicken
