A Brief Poem About Self-Analysis.
Where Do I belong?

The world revolves around me in a constant blur
That sends me in a tailspin
To take my place in its environment frightens me
And yet, do I reach bravely and grab my piece of it?

At times I wonder to myself
The exsistence of my own life
The things I take for granted
The sight of a happy child
Couples whispering in each other's ears

Where do I fit in all of these scenes?
However I fear the results of my actions
To immensely love the things I care for daily
But lose it in the blink of an eye.

Where do I belong?

In the morning as the Sun rises over the horizon,
The calm of the mysterious night is lifted
Like a sheet blanketing the world in warmth
Do I remain in the shadows of the night?
Or do I radiate in the Sun's everlasting glow?

The decision is mine
And mine alone.
