My Fireman

5 am the whistle blows he says, 'I'll see ya later"
he rushes off once again to help another stranger.
He doesn't do it for himself, money or for fame.
He does it cause it could be his house, his dads or his mothers.
I know he does it because he has
a kind heart, a stern voice, gentle touch, and a strong hand.
He does it all because
he is my fireman.
