Dear Me:

Over the last year, you've changed a lot. You've grown up, you've met new challenges, made new friends, and accomplished many things. That being said, there are some things that we need to talk about when it comes to the new year.

First of all, you need to get this weight thing under control. You've spent the last year making excuses, but c'mon, let's get a move on. You've got the plan, just go ahead and follow it. Hey, hey. I didn't mean to make you feel bad, but you know that it's a problem, so why don't you just solve it? Let's make this our resolution for the coming year.

Now, you have a lot of friends. That's true. And they all like you for who you are. That is also true. But you really need to stop abusing them. They put up with it because they like you, but they won't put up with it forever.
