This poem will keep you guessing and yet it describes my hands
I have laid thee in places beyond imagination
I have caressed, touched and cured with you
I have impaired and damaged you beyond repair
I value your hard labour
I admire your courage to remain mine
I look at you with eyes of sympathy,
for you have taken the wrath of my undispensible creativity of my serenity
I have unveiled the power that you posess
for you are and will remain mine

I have polished, soothed and nurtured thee in times of need and despair
pleading with you to continue solemly unravished and steadily courageous to explore with me
for the divine work that you yourself have created is beyond comprehension
A great teacher of pain and remorse I call thee
yet you still proceed to be mine
with no speech to complain, mercy you know not
for mercy I have not shown thee
