About a love lost, a wish left in the universe, a heart punctured, and Letting go.
So many thoughts
Of these things in my head
Torn into pieces
Stuck in the crises
Of my beautiful mistake

Ripped from my soul
As I lay dying, slowly
Trying to tell you my truth
You’re beating my heart
To a bloody pulp
You say that I hate you
You said I was like the rest
The heartless bodies in a dress…

I wish I could tell you
How much I love you
But this has to be done
I leave you alone, gently
Lay your head down to sleep
There in your dreams
You may believe me

I promised you no harm
But you’ve hurt me
Know how much it hurts
To make you bleed
To know you’re aching

For love is the sin
Of my soul that I crave
And brings me to my knees
When you doubt my love for you
If your heart beats
For the truth that I bleed
Please forgive me
I wish to leave….
