this is for matthew my son who has a stepmother
I am your mother, but you were raised by another
I am your mother, but only raised you halfway
She is your mom even if it kills me to say
I gave you life I gave you hope
She gave you a life and love I hope
I am your mother and I love you
But she is your mom and she does too
