The Tempest, symbolism of upheaval in my head.
Calmness rests on the façade so fragile,
Tranquility guiles ‘aye so easily,
Cometh the Tempest, Cometh the Ruin,
Caught am I in the annihilation of me.

Happiness always stays on the brink so precarious,
Serenity deceives, oh, so frequently,
Cometh the Tempest, Cometh the Doom,
Caught am I in the obliteration of me.

The Moment poises on the state so treacherous,
Verity lies, oh, so relentlessly,
Cometh the Tempest, Cometh the Demolition,
Caught am I in the whirls while looking for me.

The light goes off just when it looked so bright,
Sanity vanishes, oh, so swiftly,
Cometh the Tempest, Cometh the Resurrection,
Caught am I in the rage against me.

O Noble Spirit, Let Come the Tempest with all fury,
O Hallowed Specter, Let me embrace it with warmth,
Here am I, unspun by me, and wait.
