Youth

When I was young
this was much older.
I'm now a bit smarter...
but then I was bolder.

Didn't worry what would happen
or what I was gonna do.
Then my toes were tappin...
now I just tie my shoe.

When I used to walk around,
I moved like i was flowin.
Now if I have to go...
I wonder why I'm goin.

If I can make it to 80
will these days look good?
Maybe then just maybe...
I'll be thankful to have stood.
