A little something for mothers day for my mom
YESTERDAY

Yesterday, I had just met you
Nakid and as innocent as I could be
Waiting for oyu to hold me in your arms
To give me my name
Diana

Yesterday, I turned to you and smiled
As you married the man I would know as Father
I threw flowers at you and you smiled
And said my name
Diana

Yesterday, I went away for 3 days time
And came back a heart full of pride
Joyfully, laughing about my trip to Orlando
And you said I missed you
Diana

Yesterday, I became fifteen
And you couldn't believe it
A heart full of sorrow and pride
As you saw me in that dress
Your little girl, Diana

Yesterday, I met him for the first time
And you were filled with doubt
Full of confusion but let me go
Advised me to do what I though right
Seeing that man I never knew
The man I still hide
I thank you, mother

Mother, daughter
Daughter, mother
God gave you to me
And God gave me to you
Love unique and strong

I dont know what tomorrow brings
But I know I have you
And you have me
So dont worry
Be stress free
Cuz I'll always love you
