His apology appeared on the screen. She studied the words he chose, thought for a moment he could be sincere. Hope gripped her heart as she anxiously waited for more.

“I didn’t do this TO you,” he exclaimed.

She knew the predator within him would never stop. It was time to reveal the sick truth.
