Sorrow is a torn leather bound book.

Every page, tearing shatters the harsh, hollow stillness.

Brittle panes collapse, sodden and teeming with turmoil. 

Searching unto no prevail.

Fading expressions entail an apocalyptic upshot to a desolate origin.
