Corporate poem by a corporate warrior
He just needed to get air
Just needed to breathe hard
Needed a little relaxation
He just needed to get something done
Just needed answers, and a prayer

So he sang sorrow in his head
But he was just still standing there

He would have been happier licking salt
Right off the pavement floor
He never accepted that people’s laughter
Was only magnetic when it’s authentic
He just needed to scream, and let it out

Production Inventory Manger
That’s my name and I’m fairly frightened
Call me in and let me go

Every morning just made him so so sick
Never heard the cheer of laughter or
The roaring approval of a late night crowd
Just the overpowering rush hour sound
And when the train left the station
He just needed to breath hard
Just needed questions answered
But he was just still standing there

Production Inventory Manger
That’s my name but I’m fairly righteous
Call me in and let me go
