Those times when it is all bottled up
Turmoil rages inside, but all anyone sees is a placid exterior, impervious to sadness or anger. Inside tears swell forth, they prepare to break through...they never get the chance. A scream rises in the throat, it pushes forth attempting to escape ...the mouth opens and all that emerges is a soft sigh
