The typical cycle of a relationship...but what happens after the flames turn to dust?
I once said 'I love you'
But I think I lied
You sensed it but didn't want to accept it
We broke it off and now the love has died

I asked for friendship
You accepted
I wanted to talk
You rejected

What is friendship
Without love
What is love
Without feelings

What is you + me
Without the plus?

Are we just strangers
Walking in the opposite direction...

...With no affection?
