A story about a ship sinking and the fate of a man.
As the ship sank further into the sea
I thought about the cold, harsh waters
Churning and waving outside in the sea.
Pulling me into the deep Abyss of Despair.
The boat tilted upward sinking further into the sea
Making me fall to the end of the hallway.
I could see the gigantic window at the other side.
I closed my eyes as I was free falling
and I hit it with all my force.
I could feel my bones break
Knocking my breath out of me
         But the window didn’t break.
I tried to slowly stand up
         Very gently…
         Very gently…
         Crack.
