A broken heart's thoughts about a lost chance at love
Your call is on time like that rise of the sun
but it falls dead in the sea.
The taste of want allures me
the touch of lust excites me,
But the sight of pain sounds loudly in my ears.
Caution should be done away with
like Eve on the river Styx,
but you were late getting to me.
Over flowing joy feels my soul
hopeful I become,
but you got me all wrong if you think you got me
because joy is the root of all evil.
The only words I could hear were ‘how come you don’t call me anymore’ over and over
the lonely shelf of despair.
The settled dust becomes chaotic in its sedentary life
you fly in my window and stir emotions once buried
but that Killa Kam remains fearless,
Unaffected by this….so she hopes.
But you will father him one day.
Playful walls record us, never to share their secrets
I must claim you so that you may be alone,
el amor se ha enconvertido en nuestro enemigo.
Necklace of love laughs at my foolish hopes
knowing it is a lie.
Telephones ring with sunshine as their receiver
only to be silenced by fear.
