Curiosity consumes me
My heart filled with
Angel’s wings
Getting ready
To fly away
Take off and
Fill my mysterious world.
My world overwhelmed
By darkness,
Silence
My world covered with
Frustration,
Confusion
But as these angel wings
Keep flapping
I’m taking off
Getting ready to jump
Break away from
The darkness
And become
A new person
An educated person
And as these wings
Keep flapping
I fly away
Into the light
Far away from the dreaded
Darkness
