Wake Me

Wake me softly
with ear murmurs,
loving promises of delight.
Feeding my soul
with delicious thoughts,
hopes and dreams of us.

Hold my hand
in a lifetime vow,
through season's toil,
life struggles, and
withering health.

Wake me softly
to Heaven's kiss,
when our circle
crosses the threshold
of eternal love's door.

Always and forever,
wake me softly
with your love.
